It's only been a week since saxophonist Sara, made her debut at a Dolphinarium in Istanbul , Turkey, but she is already a star. This sprightly young sea mammal is attracting thousands of people with her entertainment skills, which include mock-playing a toy saxophone, looking bored and dressing up as a railway platform conductor.

Sara's saxophone skills look so real, it is hard to believe she is only pretending!
