A mischievous blackbird in San Francisco's financial district is making headlines all over the world. That's because 'Swoops' has made it a habit of attacking unsuspecting pedestrians on their way to work.

'Swoops', who has a bias for balding heads, started his antics about two weeks ago. While his attacks are not vicious and don't hurt, they are very startling. San Franciscans seem to find it very amusing and gather around every afternoon, betting on which innocent pedestrian will be the next victim.
