On September 17th, Macau's most expensive show - The House of Dancing Water, made its debut to rave reviews. The visual feast that includes stunning acrobatics, water stunts, ariel arts and theater, is being touted as the world's largest and most spectacular water extravaganza.
The show, which took five years of planning and two years of rehearsals, is performed in a specially built theater, which houses the world's largest swimming - the size of five Olympic-sized pools, 258 fountains and 8 elevators! 77 of the world's most talented performers come together each night, to stage the story of a princess and a brave stranger fighting against a Serpent Queen. The total cost of this extravaganza? A cool $250mm USD!
