Everyone knows that parrots are smart birds and that they can mimic human languages easily - But this bird is so smart that they call him Einstein! And, the Congo African Grey Parrot really lives up to his name!

The smarty pants lives at the Knoxville Zoo in Tennessee. Her trainer, Stephanie White, says while it is normal for African Grey's to talk, Einstein is unusual in that whenever she hears a new word or sound, she repeats it over and over, until she masters it. The best part is, she loves to show of her language skills to the zoo visitors and is the star of the bird show.

But just like Beau,The Math Dog, Einstein needs a reward. She loves sunflower seeds but her absolute favorite treat is peanuts!
