After foul weather kept a group of chimpanzees cooped up inside their cages for many days, the workers at United Kingdom's Whipsnade Zoo decided to give them a special treat and what better time to do it than around Valentine's Day?

So, on February 13th, they filled a number of heart-shaped boxes with yummy treats and let the chimps loose to seek them out. Unfortunately, some did not quite seem to understand the spirit of Valentine's and decided to grab more than their share, leaving others feeling no love on this special day! Hopefully, your Valentine's Day experience was a little better!

            i think it was kind of the workers to give the chimpanzees treats. it seemed in the video as if the chimpanzees enjoyed what was in the box. all animals should be treated fairly and i thought that was an amazing way to show they care
