This still has me bawling - and it's the second time I've read it! I think, "What if that had been me? Would I have saved the little sister" and in my case, it's my brother. "Would I save my brother?" It leaves me feeling sad thinking I could not do that. I am not as brave as nine-year old Anaiah Rucker. I agree that she is a hero, no matter what she thinks of herself...

Wow that's an amazing thing she did for her little sister. She definety deserves a sister of the year award. She saved her life. After reading this it made me realize what I would do to save one of my little sisters or little brother...
