Hatchet is a thriller and a dramatic book written by Gary Paulsen. If there was one word to describe this book it would be adventurous. This is because after a little boy named Brian is involved in a Cessna 406 and loosing both of his parents he has to survive through the dense jungle by himself only with a hatchet (small axe). This was based on a true story and was a book that kept me engaged the whole time I read it. 26 days ago
