Do you know what a JabberWakie is? This book is about two sisters helping a town called Ferry Port Landing. I like this book because of the adventure that’s in this book. Another reason I like this book is because who they said the enemy is. I know this book is for all ages. My favorite character is Puck. He’s the main comedy from the book. This series has 1-9 books made by the author Michael Buckley. If you read this book series be sure to include your family because it’s a good family book.

This book is about Melody. Melody is like your average mentally and physically disabled child. She needs help with things. She can rarely speak correctly. But, no one knows she is the smartest kid in her entire school. No one thinks she can do what she believes in. Except one person, herself. This book teaches everyone to follow your dreams. It may be hard along the way but you can do it. My favorite character and why is Melody. She is my favorite character because she is strong, independent, and brave. And she fights for what’s right. I enjoyed the book because it teaches you no matter what you look like, you are strong and very beautiful and you should just follow your dreams.

I wasn't sure that I would like a book about huge bugs and rats (I hate spiders!), but I found this book very enjoyable. Gregor is the kind of guy you root for. I even found myself crying over the death of a bug. If you like epic fantasy novels, you will like this book. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
