I doubt many people really want to live there. Maximum of a half-mile diameter. Nowhere to shop, nowhere to explore, and nobody you know. You would be required to exercise at least two-three hours a day. Working hours are around nine hours each day, in high physical or mental strain. If return to Earth was available, you would be as weak as a nine year old, until a month passed. Still want to live there?

Don't forget about the three months at minimum of tight, enclosed spaces, recycled air on a spaceship.
